I’m super excited to offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). ART is a unique approach that combines other traditional psychotherapy methods to offer faster results for clients. I create a therapeutic safe space that is warm, grounded, and client-centered. Clients can also expect a thoughtful, relational process that honors all parts of them and their story.
